In the second season of David E. Kelley’s NBC drama “Harry’s Law” Mr. Kelley has taken shots at the far left hate mongering sites by name. In the first season the producers on a weekly basis took aim at talk radio and Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Rush, Beck etc…. In last nights episode the writers included slams at PerezHilton (born Mario Armando Lavandeira, Jr. (born March 23, 1978)), The Huffington Post, The Daily Beast, Keith Olbermann, Bill Maher, et al… referring to them as hate mongers and “Cyber Bullies” pointing out that these people and web sites have and continue to get away with & rewarded for their cyberbullying. Hats off to Mr. Kelley for finally producing an episode which calls out the likes of The Huffington Post, The Daily Beast, Keith Olbermann ( Olbermann was fired by MSNBC but has moved his hate and attacks over to Al Gore’s CurrentTV), Bill Maher, MSNBC for the “Snark’s” that they are.
HARRY IS PULLED INTO A CASE AT THE LAST MINUTE REPRESENTING A CYBERBULLY – Harry (Kathy Bates) teams up with Ollie to defend a teenage girl known at school for her scathing blog, the “Snark Queen,” who cruelly outs a closeted lesbian classmate who shortly after commits suicide. A.D.A Kim Mendelsohn (Camryn Manheim) puts Harry and Ollie on the defensive by charging the accused cyberbully with negligent homicide.
Last season we noted that the NBC show took weekly jabs at the GOP, Talk Radio, and FOX News while staying silent as to the likes of Keith Olbermann, etc. We applaud Mr. Kelley for allowing a script which clearly called Keith Olbermann, Bill Maher, et al… out as being engaged in cyberbullying and making a living out of being as MEAN and NASTY as they can be.
